Your data will be used for our purposes only and will not be passed on to third parties.
Information about your journey
flight to Jakarta or Singapore (with stopover) and then domestic flight to Manado OR direct flight to Manado (one or two stops)
a Sea Souls employee will meet you at Manado airport
car shuttle from Manado airport to the coast of North Sulawesi near Likupang (one hour)
boat shuttle to the Sea Souls resort on Bangka Island (30 min, depending on swell)
Terms of payment
Your reservation is valid for up to ten days after you receive our confirmation email. In this time, you will have to pay a deposit of 5 % of the total price (diving plus accommodation) to validate your booking.
Please transfer the deposit to our bank account; we will send you our account information via email. The remaining 95 % of the total price should be transferred to our bank account 30 days before your arrival at Sea Souls Dive Resort. In this case, Sea Souls will send an email to remind the you. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by credit card or traveller’s cheque on the island.
Please note that we can only accept Indonesian rupiah and euros in cash for additional services on-site (e.g. drinks).
If you book your vacation less than 4 weeks before arrival, you will have to pay the total price via bank transfer within 10 days. Travellers who arrive spontaneously at our resort are required to pay the total price for their stay in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation terms
In case of cancellation:
- more than 90 days before your arrival in our resort we will refund the full amount.
- between 89 and 30 days before your arrival we will not refund the 5 % deposit.
- between 29 and 0 days before your arrival we will refund 5 % of the total price.
- during your stay we will not be able to refund the money you have paid.
If the booking is canceled due to force majeure (pandemic, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, tsunamis), we will refund the amount already paid or offer travel vouchers.
