Statement on the current situation: Save tourism

Dear valued friends and guests both past, present and future,
We have been following the current situation, as we are sure all of you have been, globally and locally regarding the COVID-19 Virus that has affected so many over the last few months. As of the 20th of March 2020 the Government of Indonesia issued a statement that they have stopped issuing ‘Visa on arrival’ to foreign nationals for the next 30 days, limiting travel into Indonesia in an attempt to reduce potential cases and the spread of the virus.
Although there have been no confirmed cases in our location to date, as a result of the situation, Sea Souls Dive Resort has decided to temporarily close the location until April 30th. In doing this we hope to safeguard our guests and staff alike as a precaution, and we believe this is the sensible thing to do at this time.
We have already communicated to our guests individually who have been affected by the above. To all guests who have booked dive holidays with us in the next few weeks and who are currently unable to take part: You have given us and your travel agency with the booking your trust, we ask you to continue to give it to us. Please do not cancel your trip, change the date and accept our voucher or the vouchers of the agencies. Let’s save the tourism together!
