Incredible 16 "Hippocampus bargibanti" at one soft coral...
Not only one, but 16 beautiful pygmy seahorses showed at a sea fan in one of our new discoverd dive sites behind Talisei island.
Hippocampus bargibanti
"Flat crab wall" is the name of a new discovered secret dive site behind Talisei island. We found 16 pygmy seahorses "Hippocampus bargibanti" in one small sea fan there.
The tiny seahorses are pinkish with orange to red spots. They are only up to 2 cm in size and are living in sea fans of similar colour (especially Muricella) of reefs an slopes in a depth of 10 to 40 metres.
